Dino

Dino

Dino was a marketing spin-off brand of Ferrari created for any car that did not have a 12 cylinder engine. Enzo Ferrari was dead set against anything other than a 12-cylinder engine in his namesake cars. Because of this, the Dino brand was born. This marque was officially used up through 1976. Thereafter management saw the light, and V6 / V8 cars were allowed under the Ferrari brand. Dinos do not have the prancing horse emblem.
